  • Same account for Mircrosoft Office, you can save the document (Word, Exec, PowerPoint, OneNote) in your one drive and open it online in another laptop

  • Can syn the document between two device(eg. laptop and tablet) if you are saving the document in onedrive

  • However, the account could not be access when you are graduated
