申请者为马来西亚公民
申请者于申请截止前不超过 45 岁
申请者父母或监护人的总月收入不多于 RM 50,000 (扣除每位家属 RM 250 后)
申请者获得国立大学、私立大学或理工学院的录取通知(符合马来西亚高等教育部和马来西亚资格认证机构 (MQA) 设定的入学要求)
申请者就读国立大学 / 私立大学 / 理工学院课程必须得到马来西亚高等教育部的批准且该课程已在 PTPTN 注册
申请者于申请时剩余学习期限不得少于一年
申请者已开设 Simpan SSPN Prime / Simpan SSPN Plus 帐户
申请所需文件(须获取A级官员的签名盖章)
一份身份证副本
一份 SPM 毕业证书副本
一份大学入取通知书
一份指定所属大学的银行账户证明
一份大学预备班毕业证明书(STPM / A-levels / Diploma / Foundation / UEC 等等)
一份家庭工资单(6个月以内)/ 失业证明书 / 退休证明 / 退休卡副本
两份 PTPTN 同意书 + PTPTN 录取信(申请成功后,可以到 PTPTN 官方网站复印)

若申请者是就读大学第二学期,申请者须另外复印大学全部学期的成绩
申请者须用 A4 80gsm 纸来复印所需文件
贷学金金额
PTPTN 根据申请者的组别 (A, B, C) 来给予奖学金额
A 组别(被立为STR获得者)- 全额贷学金
B 组别(家庭收入少于 RM 8,000)- 75%贷学金
C 组别(家庭收入大于 RM 8,000) - 50% 贷学金
申请程序
开设 Simpan SSPN Prime / Simpan SSPN Plus 和已指定的银行账户存放 RM 20
到 BSN(柜台 / ATM)/ 到 PTPTN 官方网站以 RM 5 购买 NO. PTPTN
前往官网进行在线申请
进入官网后,申请者可选择 “Langkah Pendaftaran Permohonan Pinjaman”,“Permohonan Pinjaman Kali Pertama” 后选择 “Pendaftaran Permohonan Pinjaman”
申请者填妥个人资料及付款后可前往申请页面进行申请
申请者登录页面后需更换密码及填妥所有资料
申请者须在提交申请前确保所有已填妥的资料皆正确
申请者提交申请后需打印已提交的申请资料
申请者需购买两张 setem hasil(共 RM20)及准备所需文件 - 1 份录取通知书 (Surat Tawaran), 2 份 Dokumen Perjanjian 及已打印的申请资料

Eligibility of Application
The applicant must be a Malaysian citizen
The applicant must not exceed 45 years of age by the application deadline
The monthly (gross) income of parents or guardians does not exceed RM 50,000 (after deducting RM 250 per dependent)
The applicant has received offer from a public university, private university, or polytechnic institution (meeting the entrance requirements set by the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency - MQA)
For applicants enrolled in public universities / private universities / polytechnic courses, the course must be approved by the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education and registered with PTPTN
The applicant must have at least one year of remaining study period at the time of application
The applicant must have opened Simpan SSPN Prime / Simpan SSPN Plus account
Documents Required for Application (Need Certification)
One copy of SPM (Malaysian Certificate of Education) graduation certificate
One copy of university admission offer letter
One proof of bank account from the designated university
One copy of pre-university graduation certificate (STPM / A-levels / Diploma / Foundation / UEC, etc)
One copy of family payslip (within the last 6 months) / unemployment certificate / retirement certificate / retirement card
Two copies of PTPTN consent forms + PTPTN acceptance letter (can be photocopied from the official PTPTN website after successful application)
One copy of the university enrollment certificate
Note:
If the applicant is in the second semester of university, the applicant must additionally photocopy the grades for all semesters.
Applicants must use A4 80gsm paper to photocopy the required documents.
Loan Amount
PTPTN provides scholarship amounts based on the applicant's categories (A, B, C):
Category A (Listed as Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah recipient) - Full loan
Category B (Family income less than RM 8,000) - 75% loan
Category C (Family income greater than RM 8,000) - 50% loan
Procedure for Application
Open an Simpan SSPN Prime / Simpan SSPN Plus account and deposit RM 20 in the designated bank account
Purchase the PTPTN number (NO. PTPTN) from BSN (at the counter / ATM) or through the PTPTN official website for RM 5
Go to the official website to complete the online application
Upon entering the website, applicants can select "Langkah Pendaftaran Permohonan Pinjaman" (Loan Application Steps), "Permohonan Pinjaman Kali Pertama" (First-Time Loan Application), and then choose "Pendaftaran Permohonan Pinjaman" (Loan Application Registration)
Applicants should provide personal details and make the payment before proceeding to the application page
After logging in, applicants need to change their password and fill in all required information
Applicants must ensure that all filled-in information is correct before submitting the application
After submitting the application, applicants need to print the submitted application
Applicants need to purchase two sets of "setem hasil" (RM20 total) and prepare the required documents: 1 copy of the admission offer letter (Surat Tawaran), 2 copies of the Loan Agreement (Dokumen Perjanjian), and the printed application
