申请资格 

• 申请者必须是登嘉楼州公民或申请人的母亲或父亲之一出生在登嘉楼州。

或

• 非登嘉楼州公民但已居住 10 年或以上的申请人和/或父母也可以通过附上公民证书或居住声明来申请。

• 家长和/或申请人必须在登嘉楼州注册为选民 / 选民。优先考虑低收入家庭（B40）

• 已经 / 目前在 IPTA 攻读学位 / 文凭水平的学习以及 MQA / 马来西亚政府认可的课程且申请人未能获得 PTPTN 的赞助（申请因某些原因被 PTPTN 拒绝）

 *必须附上 PTPTN 的正式信函，以确认贷款申请被 PTPTN 拒绝

Eligibility of Application 

• The applicant must be a citizen of Terengganu State or one of the applicant’s mother or father was born in Terengganu State.

or

• Applicants and/or parents who are not Terengganu citizens but have resided for 10 years or more may also apply by attaching a citizenship certificate or declaration of residence.

• Parents and/or applicants must be registered as voters/electors in Terengganu State. Priority is given to low-income families (B40)

• Already / currently pursuing degree/diploma level studies at IPTA and MQA / Malaysian Government recognized courses and the applicant failed to obtain sponsorship from PTPTN (the application was rejected by PTPTN for some reasons)

 *Must be accompanied by an official letter from PTPTN confirming that the loan application was rejected by PTPTN
