申请资格

• 学生或母亲或父亲出生在玻璃市州，并且必须居住在玻璃市；或者

• 学生和家庭在玻璃市州居住超过 10 年并提交给 JKKK / 人民代表 的居住确认函

• 教育基金捐款仅适用于全日制学习如哲学博士（国内外）/ 硕士（国内外）/ 第一学位（国内或国外）/ 文凭 / 预科 / 基础课程 / 预科文凭和其他仅等效

• 申请有效期为学习录取通知书之日起 1 年

• 家庭（母亲和父亲）每月收入仅低于 RM 4,000.00

• 每个学习级别仅授予一次

• 申请者只能通过玻璃市州政府秘书办公室或玻璃市伊斯兰宗教和马来习俗委员会（MAIPs）

Eligibility of Application

• The student or mother or father was born in the State of Perlis and must reside in Perlis; or

• Students and families reside for more than 10 years in the State of Perlis by submitting a residency confirmation letter from the JKKK / People representative

• This is only offered for full-time studies like Doctor of Philosophy (Domestic or Abroad) / Masters (Domestic or Abroad) / First Degree (Domestic or Abroad) / Diploma / Matriculation / Foundation / Pre-Diploma and equivalent

• Applications are open for a period of 1 year from the enrolment date of the offer letter only

• Household (Mother and Father) income below RM 4,000.00 per month only

• This is a one time offer for all levels of studies.

• Applicants are only eligible to receive 1 fund contribution either through the Office of Secretary of the Perlis State Government or the Council of Islamic Religion and Malay Customs of Perlis (MAIPs)
