Eligibility of Application
Applicants must be Negeri Sembilan citizens or have resided in Negeri Sembilan State for more than 8 years, or their parents must be Negeri Sembilan citizens
Applicants' household income not more than RM 8,400.00 only
Applicants must have applied for PTPTN first. Applicants can apply for Pinjaman Pendidikan Yayasan Negeri Sembilan with the submission of PTPTN rejection letter if applicants fail to secure PTPTN
Procedure for Application
Public Higher Education Institution (IPTA) offer letter
Copy of Applicant's Identification Card
An official letter of rejection from the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) including a fair reason for application rejection
Negeri Sembilan Foundation Education Loan (Pinjaman Pendidikan Yayasan Negeri Sembilan) official letter of application
Copy of the applicants’ parents Identification Card (For single applicants) or copy of the husband / wife's Identification Card (For married applicants)
Confirmation letter of studies (If already registered for courses)
