申请资格

Insentif Siswa (Dalam Negara)

• 仅公开于大学第一年第一个学期申请且就读于大学全日制的证书、职业证书和文凭、文凭、高级文凭和学士学位课程的申请者

• 申请者出生于霹雳州（马来西亚人）

• 申请者或父母其中一人定居并出生于霹雳州

• 申请者或父母其中一人不出生于霹雳州但已在霹雳州居住 10 年或以上（首席或村长的居住确认信）；或

• 申请者或父母其中一人出生于霹雳州并已在霹雳州居住 10 年或以上而现在任定居于霹雳州（首席或村长的居住确认信）；或

• 申请者或父母其中一人出生于霹雳州，现在已在其他州属居住，但曾在霹雳州居住 10 年或以上（首席或村长的居住确认信）

• 申请者必须年满 18 岁（含职业学院证书（16岁）和职业学院文凭（17岁）除外）

• 申请者家庭 （父母 / 申请者 / 伴侣）收入不可超过 RM 7,500 （底薪）。对于已工作 / 结婚的申请者，请提交自己或伴侣的收入副本

• 已获得任何其他机构 / 部门 / 团体援助的申请者没有资格申请此援助

Insentif Siswa (Luar Negara)

• 申请者必须在第一学年的第一学期提交申请

• 获得公共服务部（JPA）和马来西亚学术资格鉴定机构（MQA）认可的海外高等教育学院（IPT）全日制学习文凭 / 学士学位 / 硕士学位 /哲学博士级别的录取通知书

• 在海外高校参加学生交换项目 / 学生流动项目 / 结对项目 / 工业培训项目的学生不享受此项资助

• 申请者或父母其中一人定居并出生于霹雳州

• 申请者或父母其中一人不出生于霹雳州但已在霹雳州居住 10 年或以上（首席或村长的居住确认信）；或

• 申请者或父母其中一人出生于霹雳州并已在霹雳州居住 10 年或以上而现在任定居于霹雳州（首席或村长的居住确认信）；或

• 申请者或父母其中一人出生于霹雳州，现在已在其他州属居住，但曾在霹雳州居住 10 年或以上（首席或村长的居住确认信）

• 申请者必须年满 18 岁或以上

• 申请者家庭 （父母 / 申请者 / 伴侣）收入不可超过 RM 7,500 （底薪）。对于已工作 / 结婚的申请者，请提交自己或伴侣的收入副本

Eligibility of Application

Insentif Siswa (Dalam Negara)

• Only open to applicants who applied in the first semester of the first year of the university and enrolled in a full-time university course such as Certificates, Vocational Certificates, Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Bachelor Degrees

• Applicants or one of his parents was born in Perak

• Applicants or one of his parents was not born in Perak but has resided in Perak for 10 years or more. (Confirmation of residence from the chief or village head); or

• Applicants or one of his parents was born in Perak and has resided in Perak for 10 years or more as well as currently reside in Perak. (Confirmation of residence from the chief or village head); or

• Applicants or one of his parents was born in Perak and now live in another state, but has resided in Perak for 10 years or more.  (Confirmation of residence from the chief or village head)

• Applicants must be 18 years old and above except for Vocational College Certificate (16 years) and Vocational College Diploma (17 years)

• The income of the applicant’s family (parents / applicant / partner) does not exceed RM 7,500 (basic salary). For applicants who are working / married, please submit a copy of your or your partner’s income

• Applicants who have received assistance from any other agency / department / organisation  are not eligible to apply for this assistance

Insentif Siswa (Luar Negara)

• Applicants must submit the application during the first semester of the first year of study only

• Applicants have received an offer to continue full-time studies at the Diploma / Bachelor Degree / Master's Degree / Doctor of Philosophy level at an overseas Institution of  Higher Education (IPT) recognised by the Public Service Department (JPA) and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)

• Students who follow the Student Exchange Program / Student Mobility / Twinning Program / Industrial Training at overseas IPT are not included in this assistance

• Applicants or one of his parents was born in Perak

• Applicants or one of his parents was not born in Perak but has resided in Perak for 10 years or more. (Confirmation of residence from the chief or village head); or

• Applicants or one of his parents was born in Perak and has resided in Perak for 10 years or more as well as currently reside in Perak. (Confirmation of residence from the chief or village head); or

• Applicants or one of his parents was born in Perak and now live in another state, but has resided in Perak for 10 years or more.  (Confirmation of residence from the chief or village head)

• Applicants must be 18 years old and above

• The income of the applicant’s family (parents / applicant / partner) does not exceed RM 7,500 (basic salary). For applicants who are working / married, please submit a copy of your or your partner’s income
