Eligibility of Application
Applicants must be residents of Negeri Sembilan
Applicants should apply for this scholarship in the first academic year
Applicants’ total family income not more than RM 4,000.00
Applicants must fill in the PK-PSUKNS-31 form.
If the applicant is a child of FELDA family, the applicant must fill in Borang Pengesahan Kelayakan Bantuan Pendidikan FELDA
The form must be accompanied by the seal of the state member, member of parliament, assistant of state member, village head, village committee chair, community committee chair, or housing committee chair
Documents Required for Application
Applicant’s copy of Identification Card.
Applicant’s parent’s or guardian’s copy of Identification Card.
Applicant’s copy of parent or guardian salary slip.
Applicant’s copy of university offer letter and registration confirmation or university tuition fee receipt or study confirmation letter.
Applicant’s copy of primary / secondary school leaving certificate
Procedure for Application
Applicants may obtain the application forms via website provided. The forms after certification are to be sent to the nearby DUN service centre or the office stated below once completed:
