必须是大马公民
必须拥有健康的身体
未被 JPA 列入黑名单或目前未被 JPA 采取法律行动
未接受同级学习任何一方的经济资助 / 赞助
拥有马来西亚教育文凭 (SPM)
申请当年年龄不超过22周岁（过渡学生23周岁）
在申请截止日期前已开始就读一级学位；
满足以下学历要求：
A. 医学和牙科以外的领域：
(i) 已开始学习的学生获得当前 CGPA 至少 3.30 (工程领域除外） ；
或者
(ii) 已开始学习的工程领域的学生获得当前 CGPA 至少 3.00；
和
(iii) 有剩余 12 个月的学习，不包括最近/当前学期。
B. 医学和牙科领域：
(i) 获得最新一学期医学和牙科学习的“及格”成绩；
和
(ii) 有剩余 12 个月的学习，不包括最近/当前学期。
注意事项
JPA PIDN 仅适用于已在各自大学开始学习的申请者。通常在第一学年（第二学期起）当申请者收到第一学期的学习成绩就可申请。

申请于 2024 年 2 月 29 日至 2024 年 4 月 7 日在 https://bmipenajaan.jpa.gov.my/ms/ 在线开放。在该日期之后收到的申请将不予考虑。
候选人可以在申请截止日期之前注册、更新 / 修改 申请信息。出于数据存储目的，仅考虑最新的修订。候选人必须通过打印 PIDN 2024 计划赞助申请确认单来确保申请流程已完成，以证明申请已完成。

奖学金额
贷款转换为全额奖学金并免除如果学生于毕业后在公务部门任职；
偿还所收到贷款金额的 25% 如果学生于毕业后在政府相关公司 (GLC) 任职；
偿还所收到贷款金额的 50% 如果学生于毕业后在私人公司任职；
学生需要偿还所收到所有贷款金额如果不予以上情况所描述。

Eligibility of Application
Applicants:
Must be a Malaysian citizen
Must be in good health
Not blacklisted by JPA or currently under legal action by JPA
Not receiving financial assistance/sponsorship from any of the parties involved in the same level of study.
Hold a Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM)
Not more than 22 years old in the year of application (23 years old for transition students)
Have commenced first class degree studies before the closing date of the advert;
Satisfy the following academic requirements:
A. Fields other than Medicine and Dentistry:
(i) Students who have commenced studies, obtaining a current CGPA of at least 3.30 (Field other than Engineering);
or
(ii) Students who are from Engineering field and have commenced studies, obtaining a current CGPA of at least 3.00;
and
(iii) have remaining 12 months of study excluding the most recent / current semester.
B. Field of Medicine and Dentistry:
(i) Obtain a 'pass' in the latest semester of medical and dental studies;
and
(ii) have remaining 12 months of study excluding the most recent / current semester.
Important Note
JPA PIDN is only available for applicants who have commenced their studies at their respective institutions. It is usually applied during the first academic year (Second semester onwards) when the applicants have received their results of the first semester of studies.

Procedure for Application
Applications will be open online from 29 February 2024 to 7 April 2024 at https://bmipenajaan.jpa.gov.my/ms/ . Applications received after this date will not be considered.
Candidates may register and update/amend their application information before the application deadline. For data storage purposes, only the latest revisions will be considered. Candidates must ensure that the application process has been completed by printing the PIDN 2024 Programme Sponsorship Application Confirmation to demonstrate that the application has been completed.
This sponsorship offer will be posted on the JPA website at http://www.jpa.gov.my or https://bmipenajaan.jpa.gov.my/ms/ . Candidates may refer to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) uploaded on the JPA webpage for more information on the sponsorship offer provided.

Scholarship Amount
Loan is converted into a full scholarship and is exempted from paying back if the student serves in public services after graduation.
Pay back 25% from the total amount of loan offered if the student serves in Government-Linked Companies (GLC) after graduation.
Pay back 50% from the total amount of loan offered if the student serves in private companies in the country after graduation; and
Students are required to pay back thoroughly the amount of loan offered if the conditions are not met as mentioned above.
