申请者已被高等学院 （IPT）录取
申请资格仅限于每个学位的首次入学
申请表格必须在高等学院登记日后的六个月内提交
若申请者的父母是公务员或制服团体成员，已在马六甲服务和居住十年以上且得到上司的认证则申请资格将被考虑
若申请者的父母不是马来西亚公民将不授予资格申请
不完整且不符合要求的申请将不予考虑
申请所需文件（须获取A级官员的签名盖章）
申请者身份证 / MyKad 副本 2 份
申请者出生证副本 1 份
申请者父母身份证副本 1 份
如果父母，继父或继母已离婚，已离世需 1 份 证书 （结婚证书副本）
高等教育学院 （IPT）录取通知书副本并且需要 IPT 注册日期
最近 3 个月的银行对账单副本（前页面）/ 最近 3 个月的开户确认信副本 2 份
仅限活跃银行

确保姓名和账号清晰
申请者的小学毕业证书副本 1 份，申请人中学毕业证书副本 1 份
已在马来西亚资格认证机构（MQA）注册的学习领域副本 1 份

Eligibility of Application
Applicants were born in Malacca
Applicants’ father / mother must be a citizen of Malacca
Applicants’ father / mother have resided in Malacca
Applicants’ father / mother are the voters in Malacca
Applicants have been accepted into institutions of higher education
Eligibility for application is limited to the first admission of each level of study
Application must be made within 6 months from the date of registration at institutions of higher education
Applicants will be considered if their parents are civil servants (penjawat awam) or members of a uniformed team (anggota pasukan beruniform) who have served and resided for more than 10 years in Malacca and have been certified by their employer
Applicants whose parents are not citizens of Malaysia are ineligible to apply
Applications that are incomplete and do not follow the requirements, the application will not be considered
Documents Required for Applications (Need certification)
2 Copies of the applicant's Identification Card / MyKad
1 Copy of the applicant's Birth Certificate
1 Copy of the applicant's parent's Identification Card
1 Copy of Certificate in case of divorced Parents, deceased and stepfather or Stepmother (1 Copy of Marriage Certificate)
1 Copy of Higher Education Institution (IPT) offer letter which has the date of registration to IPT
2 Copies of Bank Statements (Front page only) for the most recent 3 months / Letter of confirmation of opening the applicant's Account for the most recent 3 months
Active banks only
Joint accounts are not allowed
Ensure that the name and account number are clear
1 copy of the applicant's primary school leaving certificate and 1 copy of the applicant's secondary school leaving certificate
1 Copy of the field of study that has been registered with Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)
Procedure for Application
Applicants may make an application via the website provided. Applicants should print out the complete application form and submit it with relevant documents to the TAPEM office
