Eligibility of Application
Applicants who studied in the first semester, first year of courses are eligible to apply
Applicants who pursue a full-time bachelor degree, master and doctorate (PhD) only
Applicants below 18 years old:
Applicants must be Malaysian citizens
Applicants must reside in Wilayah Persekutuan
Applicants’ income per capita does not exceed RM 1,000
Applicants’ parents are voters of Wilayah Persekutuan / Applicants were born in Wilayah Persekutuan
Applicants above 18 years old:
Applicants must be Malaysian citizens
Applicants must reside in Wilayah Persekutuan
Applicants’ income per capita does not exceed RM 1,000
