申请资格

• 申请者出生于森美兰州的子民，其身份证的出生州属号码为 (05, 31, 59) 而已并且定居于森美兰州 （依据身份证上显示）或

• 申请者并非在森美兰州出生但就读于森美兰州至少 6 年 （须出示小学与中学离校证书）

• 只有全日制的公立高等教育学院 （IPTA）的学士 (Degree) 或专业文凭课程 (Diploma) 申请者才可申请

• 开放给第一学期至完成课程 （最后学期）

• 注册 Rahmah 现金捐款 (STR) 的家长有资格申请 BSH。（父母或监护人的家庭收入不超过 RM 5,000.00 B40 组）（必须）

•  YNS 1/B 表格，森美兰居民验证表必须被 ADUN ，首席，村长、JKKK主席，居民 / 住宅区委员会主席认证

• 申请者可在 YNS 网站上下载学习确认表 (SPB) 与 YNS 2/A 表格并且须经学生事务处或大学教务处确认 / 理工学院得到认证

Eligibility of Application

• Applicants who were bornt in Negeri Sembilan (05, 31, 59) and have resided in Negeri Sembilan (as shown on their Identification Card) or

• Applicants who were not born in Negeri Sembilan but have studied in Negeri Sembilan for at least 6 years (must present primary and secondary school leaving certificates)

• Only full-time Degree or Diploma applicants from the Public Higher Education Institution (IPTA) are eligible to apply

• Open to the first semester to completion of course (final semester)

• Parents registered for Rahmah Cash Contribution (STR) are eligible to apply for BSH. (Parents or guardians’ household income does not exceed RM 5,000.00 of B40 group) (required)

•  YNS 1/B form and Negeri Sembilan Resident Verification Form must be certified by ADUN, Chief, Village Head, JKKK Chairman and Resident / Residential Area Committee Chairman

• Applicants can download the Study Confirmation Form (SPB) and YNS 2/A form from the YNS website and are subject to approval by the Student Affairs Office or the University / Polytechnic Academic Affairs Office
