申请资格

• 申请者必须是大马公民

• 申请者出生于雪兰莪州；或

• 父母出生于雪兰莪州；或 1974 年 2 月 1 日之前在联邦直辖区出生，或已在雪兰莪州居住 10 年以上，并得 ADUN / 首席 /JKKK 主席 / 村长的确认。

• 来自家庭均收入（父母收入除以受抚养人总数）每月低于 RM 3,000.00 

• 申请者的父母都是马来西亚公民

• 申请者已获得全日制继续学习的机会

• 机会包括远程学习 (PJJ) / 校外 (PLK) / A-Level / O Level / 专业证书 / 全国范围内不符合资格申请。

• 只有未收到其他赞助商的任何赞助或任何国内外组织的经济援助的申请者才有资格申请

• 已获得 PTPTN、JPA、MARA 等赞助（贷款/奖学金）的学生没资格申请

• 如学生已经 / 曾经 得到来自文凭或基础课程赞助的贷款没有资格申请。若申请者曾经获得过教育贷款，申请表中必须附有贷款付款完成函

Eligibility of Application

• Applicants must be a Malaysian citizen

• Applicants were born in the State of Selangor; or 

• Mother or father born in the State of Selangor; or born in the Wilayah Persekutuan before 1 February 1974 or have resided for more than 10 years in the State of Selangor with the confirmation from the ADUN / Chief / JKKK Chairman / Village Head

• Applicants from the families with a per capita income (parental income divided by total dependents) of less than RM 3,000.00 per month

• Applicants’ mother and father are Malaysian Citizens

• Applicants have been offered a place to continue their studies full time only

• Distance learning (PJJ) / off campus (PLK) / A-Level / O Level / Professional certificate / nationwide are not eligible to apply

• Only applicants who have not received any scholarship from other sponsors or financial assistance from any domestic or foreign organisation are eligible to apply

• Students who have received sponsorship (loans / scholarships) for example PTPTN, JPA, MARA and so on are not eligible to apply

• Students who have already / have received a loan from any sponsored organisation in their Certification or Diploma studies, are not eligible to apply. If you have ever received an education loan, a loan payment completion letter must be included with the application form
