申请资格 

• 申请人/申请人的父母出生于吉打州并居住在吉打州。 （根据学校录取通知书上的地址）

• 申请人在提出申请之前，必须先在网站 https://mysprsemak.spr.gov.my 上查看选民名册，以获取州立法议会（DUN）的信息。

• 家庭每月总收入高达 RM10,970.00（M40 最高家庭收入）以下有资格申请 BAKIPT，无论子女或家属人数多少。

• 申请人必须是2024年第一学期的全日制马来西亚高中证书 (STPM) / 马来西亚宗教高级证书 (STAM) / MATRIKULASI/ ASASI / POLITEKNIK / KOLEJ KOMUNITI 或学士学位，且必须在指定期限内提交申请。

• 申请人已收到在国内或国外的学校 继续学习的录取通知书。 （学习领域必须获得马来西亚资格鉴定机构认可，可从以下链接查询 ）https://www2.mqa.gov.my/esisraf/kelayakan.cfm

• 申请人必须缴纳初始学习注册费或提交学校录取通知书接受确认函。

• 在整个学习期间，每个不同级别的学习仅提供一次申请。

Eligibility of Application 

• Applicant / Mother / Father BORN in the State of Kedah and RESIDENCE in the State of Kedah. (According to the address on the School offer letter)

• Applicants must check the Electoral Roll first to obtain State Legislative Assembly (DUN) information on the website https://mysprsemak.spr.gov.my before making an application.

• Household monthly gross income up to RM10,970.00 (Maximum household income M40) is eligible to apply for BAKIPT regardless of the number of children or dependents.

• Applications are open for MALAYSIAN HIGH SCHOOL CERTIFICATE (STPM) / MALAYSIAN RELIGIOUS HIGHER CERTIFICATE (STAM) / MATRICULATION / FOUNDATION CERTIFICATE / POLYTECHNIC CERTIFICATE / COMMUNITY COLLEGE CERTIFICATE / DIPLOMA and BACHELOR'S DEGREE on a FULL-TIME basis for the FIRST SEMESTER OF THE NEW ADMISSION YEAR 2024 only and must submitted within the specified period.

• Applicants have received an offer letter to continue their studies at SCHOOL / IPT IN MALAYSIA or ABROAD. (The field of study must be recognized by the Malaysian Qualification Agency https://www2.mqa.gov.my/esisraf/kelayakan.cfm)

• Applicants must make the Initial Study Registration Fee or submit a Confirmation Letter of Acceptance of School / IPT Admission Offer.

• Applications are only given ONCE throughout the study period for each different level of study.
