• 申请者还处于第一学年第一学期可申请。

• 申请者就读全日制学士学位、硕士学位、博士学位。

• 21岁以下申请者：

  1. 申请者为马来西亚公民

  2. 申请者定居在联邦直辖区。

  3. 申请者人均收入不超过 RM1,000。

  4. 申请者父母为联邦直辖区选民/ 申请者出生于联邦直辖区。

• 21岁以上申请者：

  1. 申请者为马来西亚公民

  2. 申请者定居在联邦直辖区。

  3. 申请者人均收入不超过 RM1,000。

  4. 申请者为联邦直辖区选民。

  5. 申请者出生地不必是联邦直辖区。

• 申请者最新个人护照照片

• 申请者身份证副本

• 申请者报身纸副本

• 申请者大学录取通知书副本

• 申请者大学学费付款证明副本

• 申请者父母身份证副本

• 申请者父母离世/ 离婚证书副本（若相关）

• 申请者水电费副本

• 申请者家人/ 监护人收入证明/ 退休证明副本（近三个月）

• 申请者其他相关资料（可参考官网申请表格）

Eligibility of Application

• Applicants who studied in the first semester, first year of courses are eligible to apply

• Applicants who studied full-time bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, doctor’s degree.

• Applicants below 21 years old:

  1. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.

  2. Applicants must resided in Wilayah Persekutuan.

  3. Applicants’ per capita income not exceed RM1,000.

  4. Applicants’ parents are voters of Wilayah Persekutuan/ Applicants was born in Wilayah Persekutuan.

• Applicants above 21 years old:

  1. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.

  2. Applicants must resided in Wilayah Persekutuan.

  3. Applicants’ per capita income not exceed RM1,000.

  4. Applicants’ parents are voters of Wilayah Persekutuan.

Documents Required for Application

• Applicants’ most recent passport size photo 

• Applicants’ copy of  Identification Card (IC)

• Applicants’ copy of birth certificate

• Applicants’ copy of offer letter from university

• Applicants’ copy of payment proof for university tuition fee

• Applicants’ parents’ copy of Identification Card (IC)

• Applicants’ copy of parents’ death/ divorce certificate (if relevant)

• Applicants’ copy of utility bill

• Applicants’ copy of parents’/guardian’s most recent income tax slips and salary slips (nearly 3 months)

• Applicants’ other relevant documents (refer to the application form on official website)
