申请资格 

• 申请者为马来西亚公民。

• 申请者于申请截止前不超过 45 岁。

• 申请者获得国立大学、私立大学或理工学院的录取通知（符合马来西亚教育部和马来西亚资格认证机构 (MQA) 设定的入学要求）。

• 申请者就读国立大学/私立大学/理工学院课程必须得到马来西亚教育部的批准且该课程已在 PTPTN 注册。

• 若申请者为私立大学学生则该课程须得到马来西亚资格认证局 (MQA) 颁发的认可证书，并且在申请之日仍然有效。

• 如上所述，申请资格上具有偏差的申请者必须从部门或机构获得验证。

• 申请者于申请时剩余学习期限不得少于一年。

• 申请者已开设 SSPN-i/SSPN-i Plus 帐户。

• 申请者已开设国立大学/私立大学/理工学院指定的银行账户。

• 申请者未获得其他奖学金。

申请所需文件

（须获取A级官员的签名盖章）

•  一份身份证副本

• 一份SPM毕业证书副本

• 一份大学入取通知书

• 一份指定所属大学的银行账户证明

• 一份大学预备班毕业证明书(STPM/A-levels/ Diploma/ Foundation/UEC 等等)

• 一份家庭工资单（6个月以内）/ 失业证明书/退休证明/退休卡副本

• 两份 PTPTN 同意书 + PTPTN 录取信（申请成功后，可以到 PTPTN 官方网站复印）

• 一份就读大学证明书

备注：

1. 若申请者是就读大学第二学期，申请者须另外复印大学全部学期的成绩

2. 申请者须用 A4 80gsm 纸来复印所需文件

Eligibility of Application 

• The applicant must be a Malaysian citizen.

• The applicant must not exceed 45 years of age by the application deadline.

• The applicant has received an admission offer from a public university, private university, or polytechnic institution (meeting the entrance requirements set by the Malaysian Ministry of Education and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency - MQA).

• For applicants enrolled in public universities/private universities/polytechnic courses, the course must be approved by the Malaysian Ministry of Education and registered with PTPTN.

• If the applicant is a student at a private university, the course must be accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and still valid at the time of application.

• Applicants with deviations in their eligibility, as mentioned above, must obtain validation from the respective department or institution.

• The applicant must have at least one year of remaining study period at the time of application.

• The applicant must have an active SSPN-i/SSPN-i Plus account.

• The applicant must have a designated bank account from a public university/private university/polytechnic.

• The applicant must not have received other scholarships.

Documents Required for Application (need certificated) 

•  One copy of SPM (Malaysian Certificate of Education) graduation certificate

• One copy of university admission offer letter 

• One proof of bank account from the designated university

• One copy of pre-university graduation certificate (STPM/A-levels/Diploma/Foundation/UEC, etc.) 

• One copy of family payslip (within the last 6 months) / unemployment certificate / retirement certificate / retirement card 

• Two copies of PTPTN consent forms + PTPTN acceptance letter (can be photocopied from the official PTPTN website after successful application) 

• One copy of the university enrollment certificate.

Note: 

1. If the applicant is in the second semester of university, the applicant must additionally photocopy the grades for all semesters.

2. Applicants must use A4 80gsm paper to photocopy the required documents.
