申请资格

已接受入学通知书并符合以下学历资格条件的马来西亚公民：

• 申请 (PPBU) 时不低于18岁，完成学业时不超过30岁（申请技能证书、文凭、技能文凭、学士和专业学位）。申请学士学位的申请者必须在 45 岁之前完成学业，申请博士学位的申请者必须在 50 岁之前完成学业。

• 申请者必须就读全日制学位课程。半日制学生无资格申请。

• 博士文凭 (Ph.D) ：至少获得 CGPA 3.00 及以上的硕士学位或 CGPA 3.75 及以上的学士学位，或同等学历。

• 硕士学位 (Master's) ：至少获得学士学位，CGPA 达到 3.00 及以上。

• 学士学位 ：至少获得大专文凭（CGPA 至少达到 3.00）或大学预科文凭（CGPA 至少达到 3.00）或马来西亚大马高等教育文凭 (STPM)（CGPA 至少达到 3.00）或具有 Jayyid Jiddan 或 Mumtaz 同等资格的马来西亚宗教高级证书 (STAM)。

• 文凭 ： 至少考获马来西亚高等教育文凭 (SPM) 5A 或以上。

• 技能文凭 ： 至少已考获或目前正持有第二阶段文凭，或达到其他技能证书要求，至少在SPM考试中取得及格（2科优等及一门国语科目），或申请人必须已考获技能证书，且至少取得CGPA 2.75及以上。

• 技能证书：获得马来西亚中学文凭 (SPM)，马来文及任何其他科目两科优等。

• 可变更的教育资助 (PPBU) 期限如下：

  1. 博士文凭 (Ph.D)： 更新期最长为 3 年，延续期最长为 1 年。YBR 贷款最长期限为 3 年，不提供 1 年延期。

  2. 学士学位 (Master's)： 最长 2 年。

  3. 学士学位： 最长 4 年。

  4. 文凭 最长 3 年。

  5. 专业文凭 最长 2 年。

  6. 专业证书 资助取决于院校提供的课程期限。

*对于超过 YBR 最长赞助期限的课程，剩余学习期间的费用需自行承担。

Eligibility of Application 

Malaysian citizens who have accepted the offer to pursue studies and fulfill the following academic eligibility conditions:-

• Not less than 18 years old when applying for PPBU, and not more than 30 years old when completing studies (Application for Skills Certificate, Diploma, Skills Diploma, Bachelor and Professional Degree). While for Masters applicants, applicants are required to complete their studies before the age of 45 and 50 years for the Doctorate (Ph.D) level.

• Applicants must study FULL TIME. PART-TIME students are not eligible to apply.

• Doctoral Degree (Ph.D): At least a Master's Degree with PNGK 3.00 and above or a Bachelor's Degree with PNGK 3.75 and above, or equivalent.

• Master's Degree: At least a Bachelor's Degree with a PNGK of 3.00 and above.

• Bachelor's Degree: At least a Diploma with a minimum PNGK of 3.00 or Matriculation with a minimum PNGK of 3.00 or Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum PNGK of 3.00 or Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with Jayyid Jiddan or Mumtaz eligibility equivalent to STPM.

• Diploma: At least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with a minimum grade of 5A.

• Skills Diploma : At least have achieved OR currently holding stage 2 OR - other Sijil Kemahiran require at least a pass in their SPM (with 2 Credits and a Bahasa Malaysia subject) OR the applicant must have obtained Sijil Kemahiran with at least PNGK 2.75 and above.

• Skills Certificate: Obtain Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with a PASS in Bahasa Malaysia and two (2) credits in any other subject.

Procedure for Application 

Beginning in 2017, all applications and submission of support documents shall be made online through the Yayasan Bank Rakyat portal.

• The Variable Education Funding Period (PPBU) is as follows:-

1. Doctoral Degree (Ph.D) : The maximum period of sponsorship is 3 years and 1 year extension. YBR sponsorship only covers a maximum of 3 years while an extension of 1 year is not sponsored.

2. Master's Degree : Maximum 2 years.

3. Bachelor's Degree : Maximum 4 years.

4. Diploma : Maximum 3 years.

5. Skill Diploma : Maximum 2 years.

6. Professional Certificate : Funding is subject to the duration of the course offered by the institution.

*For courses that exceed YBR's maximum sponsorship period, expenses for the remainder of the study period are YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY

**The YBR sponsorship period corresponds to the year in which the application is submitted.
