申请资格 

• 申请者/ 其父或母出生/ 居住于吉打州（根据录取通知书上的地址）

• 申请者已被本地国立大学或私立高等教育机构录取为全日制学生且收到录取通知。

• 申请者须于2021年就读文凭/ 学士学位。

• 非全日制学生、校外学生、教学机构学生和非全日制医学培训项目（医学学院/护理学院）学生不具备申请资格。

• 仅公开于首次入学申请者。

申请所需文件 

• 申请者身份证副本 

• 申请者父/母/监护人身份证副本（只需一人）

• 申请者银行账户/银行对账单副本

• 申请者高等教育机构录取通知书或确认函副本 

（需以PDF/JPEG/JPG/PNG格式附上以下副本）

（需获得Penghulu Mukim/ 校长/ 区长/ ADUN 认证）

Eligibility of Application 

• Applicants/ one of the parents must be born and resided in Johor. (according to the address on offer letter)

• Applicants have been admitted to public or private higher education institutions in Malaysia on a full-time basis and have received offer letters.

• Applicants who study for the Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in the session 2021.

• Part-time students, off-campus students, students in Teaching Institutions and students in part-time medical training programs (Medical College / Nursing College) are not eligible to apply.

• Application only open for first time admission for each level of study.

Documents Required for Application (need certificated) 

• Applicant’s copy of NRIC

• Applicant’s parents’/ guardian’s copy of NRIC (only one is needed)

• Applicant’s  copy of bank account/ bank statement

• Applicant’s copy of offer letter from the institution
