• 申请者申请者仅限出生于森美兰州的子民，其身份证的出生州属号码为 (05, 31, 59) 而已

• 申请者须就读于森美兰州小学与中学并完成小学与中学课程

• 申请者可为：

  • 马来西亚高等教育机构 (IPTA) 

  • 马来西亚公立大学 (UA) 

  • 被马来西亚资格认证机构 (MQA) 认可的海外机构

  • 以及 Yayasan Negeri Sembilan 列出具有和 GLC 同等资格的 IPTS 的全日制本科或荣誉学士学位毕业生，如下：

    • 国油科技大学 (UTP)

    • 马来西亚多媒体大学 (MMU)

    • 国立能源大学 (UNITEN)

    • 吉隆坡大学 (UniKL)

• 以上没被列出的私人机构 或 GLC 皆无申请资格

• 仅适用于学士学位或荣誉学士学位

• 国内教育机构的申请者：

  • 申请者需获得教育机构认证的学士学位或一等荣誉学士学位且基于该高等教育机构的评级

• 国外教育机构的申请者：

  • 申请者需获得学士学位或一等荣誉学士学位且基于该高等各自海外教育机构的一等学位评级

• 申请者须在毕业后两年内申请

Eligibility of Application

• Limited to applicants who were born in Negeri Sembilan and the birth state number of the Identity card is (05, 31, 59) only

• Applicants are limited to attending primary and secondary schools and completing primary and secondary school courses in Negeri Sembilan

• Applicants can be full-time undergraduate or honours degree graduates of:

  • Malaysian Higher Education Institution (IPTA)

  • Malaysian Public University (UA)

  • Overseas institutions accredited by the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA)

  • And Yayasan Negeri Sembilan listed the IPTS with the same qualifications as GLC as follows:

    • Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP)

    • Multimedia University of Malaysia (MMU)

    • Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN)

    • Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL)

• Private Institutions or GLC not listed above are not eligible to apply

• Only applicable to a bachelor's degree or a bachelor's degree with honors

• Applicants from domestic educational institutions:

  • Applicants need to obtain a bachelor's degree or first-class honours degree certified by an educational institution based on the rating of the higher education institution

• Applicants from foreign educational institutions:

  • Applicants need to obtain a bachelor's degree or a first-class honours degree based on the first-class degree rating of the respective overseas educational institution of higher education

• Applicants must apply within two years of graduation
