ECEF部分奖学金(公立大学)

下列大学提供部分奖学金。申请人必须单独向大学提出申请。在申请表中注明申请的课程。奖学金不适用于基础课程。

公立大学

• 马来西亚国民大学(UKM)

• 马来亚大学

• 马来西亚彭亨大学

• 马来西亚沙巴大学(UMS)

• 马来西亚沙捞越大学

• 马来西亚丁加奴大学

• 苏丹·伊德里斯教育大学(UPSI)

• 马来西亚国立大学

• 马来西亚普特拉大学(UPM)

• 马来西亚圣大学

• 马来西亚技术大学(UTM)

• 马来西亚马六甲技术大学

• 马来西亚胡先翁大学

• 马来西亚大学(UUM)

申请人必须至少获得:

• SPM考试中的3个A或

• STPM考试二学士学位或

• UEC考试6Bs

• 截至2023年12月31日，申请人必须在23岁以下。

• 申请人必须是马来西亚公民。

• 2023年家庭年收入不得超过RM60,000。

• 申请人必须符合所申请学院/大学的课程要求。

• 申请人尚未在申请的学院/大学开始他/她的课程

申请所需文件

（须获取A级官员的签名盖章） 

• SPM和/或STPM/UEC/大学预科证书(不接受初试成绩)。

• NRIC的照片

• 申请人的近照

• E部分提及的奖品/奖励的副本

• G部分列出的父母/监护人/主要家庭收入来源的财务报表

• 父母或主要家庭收入来源:

1. 过去2年的所得税报表

2. 连续三个月的工资单

3. 2023年EPF声明

4. 2022/2023年EA表格

5. 任何其他收入证明

• 如果父母已经停止工作:

1. 他/她工作生涯最后两年的所得税报表

2. EPF 2023年及工作生涯最后两年的声明。

3. 儿童之家的证明信(如适用)(J部分)

Eligibility of Application 

ECEF PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIP (FOR PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES)

Partial scholarships are open for the universities listed below. Applicants must apply separately to the university on their own. Indicate the course applied for in the application form.  The scholarships are NOT open for Foundation level courses.

• Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS)

• Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS)

• Universiti Malaysia Terengganu

• Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI)

• Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia

• Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM)

• Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM)

• Universiti Technologi Malaysia (UTM)

• Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka

• Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia

• Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM)

Applicant must have obtained at least:

• 3As in the SPM examination or

• 2Bs in the STPM examination or

• 6Bs in the UEC examination

• Applicant must be below 23 years old as at 31st December 2023.

• Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen.

• Household income must not be more than RM60,000 per annum in 2023.

• Applicant must meet the course requirements of the college/university applied for.

• Applicant has not yet commenced his/her course in the college/university applied for

Documents Required for Application (need certificated) 

• SPM and/or STPM/UEC/Matriculation certificates (trial exam results will not be accepted).

• Photo of NRIC

• Recent photo of applicant

• Copies of prizes/awards referred to in Section E

• Financial statements for parents/guardian/main household income earner as listed in Section G

• Parents’ or main household earner’s:

1. Income Tax Statements for the last 2 years

2. 3 consecutive months’ salary slips

3. EPF statements for 2023

4. EA forms for year 2022/2023

5. Any other proof of income

OR

• If parent(s) has/have stopped work:

1. Income Tax Statements for the last 2 years of his/her working life.

2. EPF Statements for 2023 and for the last 2 years of his/her working life.

• Supporting letter from Children’s Home, if applicable (Section J)
