• 马来亚大学 (UM)

• 马来西亚彭亨苏丹阿都拉大学 (UMPSA)

• 马来西亚沙巴大学 (UMS)

• 马来西亚沙捞越大学 (UNIMAS)

• 马来西亚丁加奴大学 (UMT)

• 苏丹·伊德里斯教育大学 (UPSI)

• 马来西亚普特拉大学 (UPM)

• 马来西亚国防大学 (UPNM)

• 马来西亚理科大学 (USM) 

• 马来西亚技术大学 (UTM)

• 马来西亚马六甲技术大学 (UTeM)

• 马来西亚胡先翁大学 (UTHM)

• 马来西亚北方大学 (UUM)

申请人必须至少获得：

• SPM 考试中的 3 个 A 或

• STPM 考试二学士学位或

• UEC 考试 6Bs

• 截至 2023 年 12 月 31 日，申请人必须在 23 岁以下

• 申请人必须是马来西亚公民

• 2023 年家庭年收入不得超过 RM60,000

• 申请人必须符合所申请学院 / 大学的课程要求

• 申请人尚未在申请的学院 / 大学开始他 / 她的课程

申请所需文件

（须获取A级官员的签名盖章） 

• SPM 和 / 或 STPM / UEC / 大学预科证书（不接受初试成绩）

• NRIC 的照片

• 申请人的近照

• E部分提及的奖品 / 奖励的副本

• G 部分列出的父母 / 监护人 / 主要家庭收入来源的财务报表

• 父母或主要家庭收入来源：

  1. 过去 2 年的所得税报表

  2. 连续三个月的工资单

  3. 2023 年 EPF 声明

  4. 2022 / 2023 年 EA 表格

  5. 任何其他收入证明

或

• 如果父母已经停止工作：

  1. 他/她工作生涯最后两年的所得税报表

  2. EPF 2023 年及工作生涯最后两年的声明

  3. 儿童之家的证明信（如适用）（J部分）

Eligibility of Application 

ECEF PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIP (FOR PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES)

• Partial scholarships are open for the universities listed below

• Applicants must apply separately to the university on their own

• Indicate the course applied for in the application form.

• The scholarships are NOT open for Foundation level courses

• Universiti Malaya (UM)

• Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA)

• Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS)

• Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS)

• Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT)

• Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI)

• Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM)

• Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM)

• Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM)

• Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM)

• Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM)

• Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM)

• Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM)

Applicant must have obtained at least:

• 3As in the SPM examination or

• 2Bs in the STPM examination or

• 6Bs in the UEC examination

• Applicant must be below 23 years old as at 31st December 2023.

• Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen

• Household income must not be more than RM60,000 per annum in 2023

• Applicant must meet the course requirements of the college / university applied for

• Applicant has not yet commenced his / her course in the college / university applied for

Documents Required for Application (need certificated) 

• SPM and / or STPM / UEC / Matriculation certificates (trial exam results will not be accepted)

• Photo of NRIC

• Recent photo of applicant

• Copies of prizes / awards referred to in Section E

• Financial statements for parents / guardian / main household income earner as listed in Section G

• Parents’ or main household earner’s:

  1. Income Tax Statements for the last 2 years

  2. 3 consecutive months’ salary slips

  3. EPF statements for 2023

  4. EA forms for year 2022 / 2023

  5. Any other proof of income

OR

• If parent(s) has/have stopped work:

  1. Income Tax Statements for the last 2 years of his/her working life

  2. EPF Statements for 2023 and for the last 2 years of his/her working life

  3. Supporting letter from Children’s Home, if applicable (Section J)
