申请者须是有砂拉越联系的马来西亚公民。（父母双方均可）
仅对学生开放第一学期。
在公立高等教育机构，科廷·米里 (Curtin Miri)，斯威本·古晋 (Swinburne Kuching) 和 UCTS 诗巫 (UCTS Sibu) 从事研究。
申请者父母 / 监护人的人均收入为 RM1,500 及以下。
申请者入读预科 / 基础 / 文凭预科 / 文凭 / 学位。
公立高等教育机构，马来西亚教育部组织的预科学院和政府的技能/技术培训机构。

申请人所呈交的文件副本需得被认证。
申请人需得将文件副本上载至 Yayasan Sarawak 软件，同时也需将申请确认单与文件副本发送至相关邮寄地址。
此福利在获批准后会将款项汇入所呈交的银行户口，无需面试。

Eligibility of Application
Applicants must be a Malaysian Citizen with Sarawak lineage. (either parent)
Open to students for semester 1 only.
Pursuing studies at Public Higher Learning Institutions, Curtin Miri, Swinburne Kuching and UCTS Sibu.
Parents / guardians have a per capita income of RM1,500 and below.
Entry level to Matriculation / Foundations / Pre-Diploma / Diploma / Degree.
Public Higher Education Institution, Matriculation College organized by the Ministry of Education Malaysia and Skills / Technical Training Institutions by the government.

Things to Take Note
Copies of documents submitted by the applicants must be certified.
Applicants need to upload a copy of the document to the Yayasan Sarawak software, and also need to send the application confirmation slip and a copy of the document to a related mailing address.
This welfare will be remitted to the submitted bank account upon approval, no interview is required.
