申请资格

• 申请者须出生并定居在柔佛州。

• 申请者必须是即将就读国立大 (IPTA) 或指定私立大学 (Kolej YPJ) 大专文凭课程或学士学位课程第一学期的新生。

• 申请者已获得大学录取通知书。

• 申请者就读课程期限须一年或以上。

• 申请者父母/ 监护人的月薪不超过RM4,000。 若月薪介于RM4,001 至 RM5,000 则家庭总负担为5人或以上。

• 申请者求学期间只能申请一次该奖学金。

• 申请者未接受任何组织的经济援助。

• 申请者大学学费收据副本 (已登记并缴交学费的的申请者)

• 申请者身份证副本

• 申请者父母/ 监护人身份证副本

• 申请者伊斯兰银行户头副本

• 申请者父母/ 监护人死亡证书/ 离婚证书副本 (若相关)

• 申请者父母 /监护人薪水单副本

Eligibility of Application

• Applicants must be born and resided in Johor.

• Applicants must be freshman who are going to study the first semester of IPTA/ Kolej YPJ diploma or bachelor’s degree program.

• Applicants who have received university offer letters.

• Applicants’ period of study should be 1 year and above.

• Applicants’ parents’/ guardians’ income must not exceed RM4,000 per month and RM 4,001 to RM 5,000 per month with total dependents exceeding 5 people and above.

• Applicants are only eligible to receive registration assistance once during the period of study.

• Applicants not be in receipt of any registration assistance from any organization.

Documents Required for Application (need certificated)

• Applicants’ copy of university offer letter.

• Applicants’ copy of tuition fee payment receipt (for applicants who have registered and paid).

• Applicants’ copy of Identification Card (IC).

• Applicants’ copy of parents’/ guardians’ Identification Card (IC).

• Applicants’ copy of Passbook-less Account of Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad.

• Applicants’ copy of parents’ death/ divorce certificate (if relevant).

• Applicants’ copy of parents’/guardian’s most recent salary slips.

• For those do not have salary slips, download the form through https://bit.ly/salary_slip and certified by professional officer / Category A / Village Head / Penghulu / JKKK Chairman or equivalent.
