申请资格

• 申请者须定居于森美兰州或曾定居于森美兰州超过8年，或申请者父母为森州子民。

• 申请者必须为本地国立大专的全职准大学生（证书、文凭、学位、硕士或博士学位）。

• 申请者必须不是PTPTN持有者。（需出示PTPTN申请失败相关信件）

申请程序

• 申请者可向 Pejabat Yayasan Negeri Sembilan 申请表格并填写完整个人资料。

• 必须显示PTPTN申请失败相关信件。

Eligibility of Application

• Applicants must be Negeri Sembilan citizens or have resided in Negeri Sembilan State for more than 8 years, or their parents must be Negeri Sembilan citizens.

• Applicants must be a full-time prospective university student from a local national college with a certificate, diploma, degree, master's degree or doctorate degree).

• The applicant must not be a PTPTN holder. (Need to show the relevant letter of PTPTN application failure)

Procedure for Application

• Applicants may get the application form from Pejabat Yayasan Negeri Sembilan and fill in the complete personal information.

• Applicants must bring along  relevant letter of PTPTN application failure.
