申请资格

• 申请者出生于马六甲。

• 申请者的父/母亲出生于马六甲。

• 申请者的父/母亲定居于马六甲。

• 申请者的父/母亲是马六甲州的选民。

• 申请者已被高等学院录取。

• 申请资格仅限于每个学位的首次入学。

• 申请表格必须在高等学院登记日后的六个月内提交。

• 若申请者的父母是公务员或制服团体成员，已在马六甲服务和居住十年以上且得到上司的认证则申请资格将被考虑。

• 若申请者的父母不是马来西亚公民将不授予资格申请。

• 申请资格只限于就读高等院校文凭、学士、硕士及博士学位课程。

资助数额

• 专科 ：RM 300

• 本科，硕士及博士课程 ：RM 400

(此资助无需偿还且未收契约限制)

• 申请者表格需在 TAPEM 办公室领取，填妥后在交至以下地址。

• 申请者领取申请表格时须携带高等学院录取通知书。

Eligibility of Application

• Applicants were born in Malacca.

• Applicants’ father/mother must be a citizen of Malacca.

• Applicants’ father/mother have resided in Malacca.  

• Applicants’ father/mother are a voter in Malacca.

• Applicants have been accepted into institutions of higher education.

• Eligibility for application is limited to the first admission of each level of study.

• Application must be made within six month from the date of registration at institutions of higher education.

• Applicants will be considered if their parents are civil servants (penjawat awam) or members of a uniformed team (anggota pasukan beruniform) who have served and resided for more than 10 years in Malacca and have been certified by their employer.

• Applicants whose parents are not citizens of Malaysia are ineligible to apply.

• Applications are open to students who are pursuing diploma, undergraduate, master and doctoral at institutions of higher education.

Amount of Subsidy

• Diploma : RM 300

• Undergraduate / Master/  PhD : RM 400

(This subsidy does not need to be repaid and has not received contractual restrictions.)

Procedure for Application

• The application form must be picked up at the TAPEM office and the completed form should be submitted to the following address. 

• When picking up the application form, please remember to bring the offer letter of institutions of higher education.
