申请资格

• 申请者父母收入/家庭收入少于 RM3930 （B40）

• 申请者父母必须为B40群体并已被批准获得生活援助金（BSH）

• 申请者须出生于森州。

• 申请者须为第二学期或以上的全职大专生（最后学期除外）

• 申请者需于本地大学或工艺学院就读学士（Degree）或专业文凭课程（Diploma）

• 申请者父母需出生或于森美兰州定居8年以上。

• 申请者及其家庭的固定通讯地址需来自森州。

• 申请者没有获得任何机构，组织或公共服务局的援助。

• 非森州出生并在森州定居8年以上的申请者需出示六年级和中五毕业证书。

• 申请者需获得州选区服务中心或协调员服务中心的核实，相关表格可从官网获取。

• 申请者须将已经核实的相关文件上传至申请表格中。

Eligibility of Application

• Applicants’ parent/ family income less than RM3930 (B40)

• Applicants’ parents must be under the B40 category and receive Bantuan Sara Hidup.

• Applicants must be born in Negeri Sembilan. 

• Applicants have completed the first semester of the first year of full-time course. (Students who studying the last semester are excluded)

• Applicants must be current students of degree or diploma program in IPTA or polytechnic.

• Applicant’s parents are born in Negeri Sembilan or have resided in Negeri Sembilan for at least 8 years.

• The mailing address of the applicant and their family are in Negeri Sembilan.

• Applicants are not receiving any other subsidy or financial aid from any agent, organisation or JPA.

• Applicants who are not born in Negeri Sembilan but have resided in Negeri Sembilan for 8 years or above have to show their graduation certificate of standard 6 and form 5.

• Applicants have to obtain the verification from the DUN office or DUN coordinator office. The relevant form can be obtained from https://www.yns.gov.my/v7/ms .

• The verified documents need to be attached to the application form.
