申请资格

• 只对马来西亚公民开放。

• 开放给马来西亚公立和私立大学的任何课程/学习领域，包括大学预科 (Foundation 或 Matrikulasi)、文凭和学位、全日制、传统、混合或在线授课方式。

• 申请者来自月收入低于 RM 5,000 的家庭。

• 申请者年龄在 2023 年是 23 岁以下。

• 申请者可能需要在BSIB要求的时限内提交进一步的资格证明，否则BSIB有权拒绝其申请。

• SPM 申请人： 预考成绩任何一科至少取得7A。

• 大马高等教育文凭考试 (STPM) 申请者： 预考成绩在任何一科至少取得 2A。

• 独中统考文凭 (UEC) 申请者： 任何科目预考成绩至少取得 6A。

• 大学预科及文凭课程申请者： 最新成绩，CGPA 至少达 3.50。

• 上述类别的申请者必须已确认在马来西亚的公立或私立院校就读。目前正在攻读大学预科、文凭或学位课程的申请者须完成第一学期，CGPA 至少达到 3.50。

• 成功申请者必须在毕业前保持至少 3.0 的 CGPA，为此，BSIB 将要求申请者向人力资源部提交学期成绩。

Eligibility of Application

• Open for Malaysians only.

• Open to any course/field of study, public and private universities in Malaysia for Pre-U (foundation or matriculation), Diploma and Degree, full-time, conventional, hybrid, or online delivery method.

• Applicants from households earning below RM5,000 per month.

• Applicants age below 23 years old in 2023.

• Applicants may be required to submit further proof of their eligibility within such a time frame as may be required by BSIB, failing which BSIB shall be entitled to reject the application.

• SPM Applicants: Trial results with at least 7As in any subject.

• STPM Applicants: Trial results with at least 2As in any subject.

• UEC Applicants: Trial results with at least 6As in any subject.

• Pre-U and Diploma Applicants: Latest result with at least 3.50 CGPA.

• Applicants must have a confirmed placement in public and private institutions in Malaysia for the above categories. Applicants currently pursuing Pre-U, Diploma, or Degree programs are required to complete 1st semester with a minimum CGPA of 3.50.

• Successful applicants are required to maintain a minimum of 3.0 CGPA until graduation, as such, for this purpose, BSIB will request the semester result to be submitted to the HR Department.
