• 申请者或父母其中一人出生于彭亨州或者父亲或母亲以定居在彭亨州超过  10年或以上（需要证件证明）。如果申请者父母都不是马来西亚公民是没有申请资格的。

• 申请者须具有良好的品格。

• 申请者须具有良好的健康状况。

• 申请者须获得马来西亚大专的录取通知信函。

Eligibility of Application

• Applicant or one of his parents was born in Pahang; or one of the parents has settled in Pahang for more than 10 years above (need paperwork proof). If the applicant’s parents are not Malaysian citizens, they are not eligible to apply.

• Applicants must be of good character.

• Applicant has good health.

• Applicant has received an offer letter from college/university.
