申请资格 

• 申请者须出生并定居在柔佛州且年龄不超过25岁。

• 仅开放于本地国立大学 (IPTA) 就读大专文凭课程及学士学位课程的申请者。

• 申请者已获得大学录取通知书或已在该大学就读。

• 由公共服务部门 (JPA) 或马来西亚认证机构 (MQA) 认可的课程皆可申请，并且在提交申请时尚未结束课程。

• 优先给尚未获得资助的申请者。(若该申请者已获得其他奖学金或贷学金，则该申请者只能获得其中一个)

• 申请者的课程需是全职课程。

• 对于大学第一年的申请者须曾经参加州级的运动或比赛。 (申请时已参与不少于5年)

• 对于已在本地国立大学就读的申请者：

• 申请时的最新学期考试中至少获得平均累积积分为2.50的水平。

• 仍活跃于马来西亚运动会 (SUKMA)/ 东盟大学运动会 (SUA)/ 其他受承认的全国运动会或大专运动会 (SUKIPT)。

• 申请时剩余学习期限不得少于一年。

Eligibility of Application

• Applicants must be born and resided in Johor and below 25 years old.

• Open to applicants who are pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree at IPTA only.

• Applicants who have received university offer letters or are currently studying at university.

• Courses that are recognized by the Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA)/ Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and the course has not yet ended when application is submitted.

• Priority to applicants who have not received any other scholarship (if have, applicant can only receive one scholarship at a time).

• Course taken must be ‘full time’.

• First year applicants who have participated in sport/ tournament at least at state level (at least 5 years of participation).

• For applicants who are currently studying in IPTA:

• Obtained minimum CGPA of 2.50 in the current semester.

• Still active as an athlete in Sukan Malaysia tournament (SUKMA) / Sukan universiti ASEAN (SUA) / recognized National Championships or Sukan Institusi Pengajian Tinggi (SUKIPT)

• The remaining period of study during application shall be not less than one year.

• Applicants’ copy of application form

• Applicants’ and parents’/ guardian’s copy of Identification Card 

• Applicants’ copy of offer letter from university

• Applicants’ copy of confirmation letter by the Sports Officer from the IPT sports center

• Applicants’ copy of latest examination result (if relevant)

• Applicants’ copy of tuition fee for the course

• Applicants’ copy of certificate of participation for tournament participated (latest 5 years)
