申请者须出生和居住于吉兰丹的马来西亚公民
申请者已获得高等教育机构文凭课程或学士学位课程入学通知书
申请者大马教育文凭 (SPM) 国语科目至少获得C等级或以上
申请者于截止日期前年龄不超过25岁
若第二、第三及第四学年申请者的平均累积积分 (CGPA) 达到2.50以上或同等成绩则申请资格有待考量
申请者尚未得到任何资助

申请者可前往官方网站填写申请表格
申请者需复印申请表格
申请者需将申请表格和需要的资料上交
申请者可以在官方网站查询申请结果 (申请日期结束的一个月后)
成功后，申请者需要复印两份协议文件和大学入学通知书
申请者需在两个星期内填好协议文件

Eligibility of Application
Applicants must be Malaysian citizens who were born and resided in Kelantan.
Applicants who have received the admission notice for a diploma or bachelor degree program from a higher education institution.
Applicants’ obtained at least Grade C or above in Malay subject of SPM
Applicants must be aged 25 years and blow before the closing date.
If the CGPA of applicants in the second, third and fourth academic years obtained 2.50 and above or equivalent, the eligibility for application is to be considered.
Applicants who have not received any financial aid.
Procedure for Application
Applicants may visit the official website to fill in the application form.
Applicants required to print out the application form.
Applicants required to submit the application form and relevant documents.
Applicants can check the result of application on the official website (one month after the closing date of application)
After success, the applicant needs to print out two copies of the agreement document and the offer letter.
Applicants required to fill in the agreement documents within two weeks.
