申请资格

• 申请者父母/ 监护人一种一方必须是会员

• 申请者于SPM考获5A2B或以上 (至少考7科)

• 申请者于高中统考考获4A3B或以上 (至少考7科)

• 申请者于STPM考获3A1B或以上 (至少考4科)

申请所需文件

• 申请者上下学年成绩单 (学校内的考试) 或政府考试 (SPM / UEC / STPM) 副本

• 申请者成绩单封面副本

• 申请者报生纸副本

• 申请者成绩单副本必须由校方签证

申请程序

• 申请者必须采用由本会教育组委员会所发出的该年度的申请表格。

• 申请表格可以上网下载，亦可接受影印表格。

• 申请者必须填具该年度的申请表格，连同证件一起呈交。

• 申请者所呈交资料必须完整及清晰，且必须在截止日期前通过邮寄或者电邮呈交申请，恕不接受传真申请。

•  申请资料或证件不齐全/ 逾期或邮误之申请，一概不受处理。

• 本会有权拒绝任何不完整/ 不正确或虚假详情的申请表格。

Eligibility of Application

• Applicant’s parents (either one) /guardian(s) must be a valid member of the Association.

• Applicants obtained 5A2B or above in SPM (minimum 7 subjects)

• Applicants obtained 4A3B or above in UEC (minimum 7 subjects)

• Applicants obtained 3A1B or above in STPM (minimum 4 subjects)

Documents Required for Application 

• Applicants’ copy of first and second semester results of the school exam and Public Exam results (SPM/ UEC/ STPM).

• Applicants’ copy of the covering pages of the academic transcripts.

• Applicants’ copy of birth certificate.

• The photocopies of academic transcripts and results must be duly certified by school.

Procedure for Application

• Only the latest application forms issued by the Education Committee are accepted.

• The Application Forms can be downloaded from the website and photocopies are allowed.

• Duly completed forms must be submitted together with the documents as required.

• Forms and documents must be clear and complete, and to be submitted (post or email) within the application date. Applications forms transmitted via fax will not be accepted.

• Incomplete Application Forms or received after the deadline will not be processed.

• The Association reserves the right to reject any Application Form which is incomplete or containing incorrect and/ or false information.
