申请资格

• 申请者须在槟城出生或在槟城上学至少五年。

• 申请者须获本地公立大学提供的学位。私立高等教育学府的课程则必须经过马来西亚资格认证局 (MQA) 的批准。

• 仅限于证书，Diploma文凭，Diploma PJJ文凭，学士，PJJ学位，硕士和博士学位等。

• 不开发给大学预科 / 预科 / KPLI / 技能证书 / 职业学院的学位。

• 第二笔贷款仅提供给已完全偿还第一笔贷款的借款人。

• 就学期限必须至少为一年。

• 不提供给获得其他助学贷款的申请者，例如PTPTN / MARA / JPA / MyBrain 等。

• 仅限在线申请。

申请所需文件

• 申请者身份证复印件和出生证明。

• 申请者大学录取通知书复印件（IPTA / IPTS）。

• 申请者中学毕业证明和声明信的复印件。如果您不是槟城人，请附上您小学和中学的结业证明附件。

• 申请者 SPM / SPMV 证书和其他同等证书的副本。

• 申请者 STPM 证书和其他同等证书的副本。（如果适用）

• 申请者 Politeknik 证书 / 文凭 / 学位等的复印件。（如果适用）

• 申请者预科 / 科学本地国立大学基础班成绩副本。（如果适用）

• 申请者每个学年 / 学期的考试成绩副本。（如果有）

• 来自 IPTS 的申请者必须提交 MQA 颁发的学院和课程的批准信副本。该文件可以从大学获得。

申请程序

• 申请者须检查申请槟城州教育贷款的资格。

• 申请者须确保符合资格要求。

• 在 https://bit.ly/epppenang 上注册。（记住已注册的电子邮件地址和密码）

• 申请者须查看列出的电子邮件，然后点击包含的URL。

• 申请者须在线填写申请表格。

• 申请者须所有空白均需填写。

• 申请者须确定所有信息正确无误后，点击“提交”钮。

• 申请者须打印申请表格和申请清单。

• 申请者须提交已打印的申请表格。（包括申请清单所需的资料）

• 任何答复都将通过电子邮件 / portal 告知。

奖贷学金数额

• 偿还期限为 5 年，并收取贷款总额 1% 利息。

• 全日制课程的贷款额:

  1. 理科学士学位 RM6,000（一年）

  2. 文科学士学位 RM5,000（一年）

  3. 高级理科文凭课程 RM5,000（一年）

  4. 高级文科文凭课程 RM4,000（一年）

  5. 文凭课程 RM4,000（一年）

  6. 证书课程 RM2,000（一年）

• 远程学习课程的贷款金额：

  1. 学位（理科）一年 RM5,000（最多5年）

  2. 学位（文科）一年 RM4,000（最多4年）

  3. 文凭 一年 RM3,000（最多3年）

• 研究生学习贷款额:

  1. 硕士学位 一年 RM6,500（最多3年）

  2. 博士学位 一年 RM8,000（最多3年）

Eligibility of Application

• Applicants must be born in Penang or studied in Penang for at least 5 years.

• Applicants must be offered at local university Institution of Higher Education (IPTA). For the private Institution of Higher Education (IPTS), the course must be approved by Malaysia Qualification Agency (MQA).

• Only for courses with Certificate, Diploma, Diploma PJJ, First Degree, PJJ Degree, Master and PhD.

• Not applicable for courses with Pre-University / Matriculation / KPLI / Skills Certificate / Vocational College.

• 2ⁿᵈ loan application only be offered after the 1ˢᵗ loan was completely repaid.

• Period of study must at least 1 year (eg: June 2019 - June 2020)

• Other sponsor loan recipients are not eligible to apply (eg: PTPTN / MARA / JPA / Mybrain etc.)

• Only for online applications.

Documents Required for Application (need certificated)

• Applicants’ copy of Identity Card and Birth Certificate.

• Applicants’ copy of Admission Offer Letter from University / Institution (IPTA / IPTS).

• Applicants’ copy of School Leaving Certificate and Secondary School Testimonial. If you are not Penang citizen, please provide Primary School, Secondary School Leaving Certificate and Primary School, Secondary School Declaration Letter.

• Applicants’ copy of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Vokasional (SPMV) and other equivalent certificates. (if any)

• Applicants’ copy of Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) / and other equivalent certificates. (if any)

• Applicants’ copy of Polytechnic Certificate / Diploma / Degree etc. (if any)

• Applicants’ copy of Matriculation / Science Foundation Results. (if any)

• Applicants’ copy of examination results for each academic year term / semester. (if any)

• Students from private Institution of Higher Education (IPTS) must submit a copy of the college and course approval letter issued by Malaysia Qualification Agency (MQA).

Procedure for Application

• Applicants must check your email and click the provided URL.

• Applicants must fill the registration form online.

• All provided space should be filled. 

• Applicants must make sure all the details are correct and click the “submit” button.

• Applicants must print out the registration form and the registration list.

• Applicants must submit the printed registration form. (included the items listed in registration list)

• Any reply will be informed via email / portal.
