申请资格
槟城奖学金
申请者须 25 岁或以下的马来西亚公民。
申请者家庭月收入不超过 RM15,000。（相当于每年 RM180,000）
学业资格：
马来西亚高级教育文凭 (STPM) / 大学基础课程 (Foundation) / 国立大学预科班 (Matriculation) / 预科文凭课程 (Diploma) / 独中统考 (UEC) 及同等学历获得最低 CGPA 为 3.67; 或目前正在马来西亚高等教育机构攻读本科课程，最低 CGPA 为 3.67。
在马来西亚正踏入 / 目前已就读全日制第一学士学位。（由国家学术资格鉴定机构，MQA 完全认可）
珍珠奖学金
申请者须 25 岁或以下的马来西亚公民。
申请者家庭庭月收入不超过 RM5,000。（相等于每年 RM60,000）
学业资格：
马来西亚高级教育文凭 (STPM) / 大学基础课程 (Foundation) / 国立大学预科班 (Matriculation) / 预科文凭课程 (Diploma) / 独中统考 (UEC) 及同等学历获得最低 CGPA 为 3.00 至 3.66; 或目前正在马来西亚高等教育机构攻读本科课程，其 CGPA 为 3.00 至 3.66。
在马来西亚正踏入 / 目前已就读全日制第一学士学位。（由国家学术资格鉴定机构，MQA 完全认可）
申请所需文件（须获取A级官员的签名盖章）
槟城奖学金
申请者必须附上父母的2年纳税申报表 / BE 表格。
珍珠奖学金
申请者必须附上父母的2年纳税申报表 / BE 表格。
申请程序
每年开放一次在线申请。（请参阅主页上的公告）
申请者须仅通过在线提交申请和支持文件。（不接受通过柜台提交，邮寄或电子邮件发送的申请和文件）
奖学金金额
槟城奖学金
每月生活津贴 RM800。
整个课程的学费不超过 RM100,000。（根据大学实际开具发票 / 直接支付给大学）
奖学金仅在签署奖学金协议后生效，不包括学生追溯产生的学费 / 生活费。
珍珠奖学金
每月生活津贴 RM500。
整个课程的学费不超过 RM60,000。（根据大学实际开具发票 / 直接支付给大学）

Eligibility of Application
Penang Scholar
Applicants must be Malaysian that are aged 25 or younger.
Applicants' household income not more than RM15,000 per month. (equivalent to RM180,000 annualized)
Academic requirements:
Minimum CGPA of 3.67 in STPM / Foundation / Matriculation / Diploma / UEC & equivalent; OR Currently pursuing undergraduate course in Malaysia IPT with minimum CGPA of 3.67.
Applicants entering / currently pursuing full time first undergraduate Degree (fully accredited by MQA) in Malaysia.
Mutiara Scholar
Applicants must be Malaysian that are aged 25 or younger.
Applicants' household income not more than RM5,000 per month. (equivalent to RM60,000 annualized)
Academic requirements:
CGPA of 3.00 to 3.66 in STPM / Foundation / Matriculation / Diploma / UEC & equivalent; OR Currently pursuing undergraduate course in Malaysia IPT with CGPA of 3.00 to 3.66.
Applicants entering / currently pursuing full time first undergraduate Degree (fully accredited by MQA) in Malaysia.

Applicants’ parents’ 2 years tax return OR BE Form must be attached.
Mutiara Scholar
Applicants’ parents’ 2 years tax return OR BE Form must be attached.
Procedure for Application
Online application opens once a year. (Refer to the announcement at the home page)
Submit application and supporting documents via online only. (Application and documents submitted over the counter or sent in via post or email will not be accepted)
Scholarship
Penang Scholar
Monthly Living Allowance of RM800.
Tuition Fee not exceeding RM100,000 for entire course. (based on actual amount invoiced by university / pays directly to university)
Award only takes effect upon execution of scholarship agreement and does not cover retrospective tuition fee / living expenses incurred by scholars.
Mutiara Scholar
Monthly Living Allowance of RM500.
Tuition Fee not exceeding RM60,000 for entire course. (based on actual amount invoiced by university / pays directly to university)
