新山中华公会大专贷学金暨古庙精神奖励金
申请资格
凡未曾获得其他奖贷学金之学生都有资格申请本委员会之贷学金，惟会员/会员子女或职员/职员子女优先考虑。
奖励金只限会员/会员子女或职员/职员子女申请。
申请研究生贷学金者必须申请为会员。
师训学院申请者只限参加师训华文班，有意服务于柔佛州内学校者。
民办学院申请者只限就读于南方大学学院、新纪元学院及韩江学院 。
凡会员不幸逝世，其子女在该年度，仍有申请本委员会奖贷学金之优先权利。
申请者可同时申请贷学金/奖励金，惟本委员会将视申请者之经济情况取舍颁发其中一项。

申请程序
申请者得填具本会发出之申请表格，于申请截止日之前送交本会。
贷学金/ 奖励金名额及款额
奖励金名额不限，款额由奖贷学金委员会决定，惟每年颁发总额不超过RM 20,000。
贷学金名额每年最多10名，学院生贷款额每名每年至多 RM 5,000，大学生和研究生贷款额每名每年至多 RM 8,000。
本委员会贷学金颁发给申请者修完其所攻读之课程为止。 (以该科系规定之年限为准)

Eligibility of Application
Applicants who have not received other scholarships and loans are eligible to apply for the committee's study loans, but members/members' children or staff/staff's children are given priority.
Incentives can only be applied for members/children of members or employees/children of employees.
Those who apply for graduate student loans must apply for membership.
Applicants to the teacher training college are only allowed to participate in the teacher training Chinese class and intend to serve schools in Johor state.
Applicants from private colleges are only allowed to study in Southern University College, New Era College and Han Jiang College.
When a member dies unfortunately, his children still have the priority right to apply for scholarships and loans from the committee in that year.
Applicants can apply for student loans/incentives at the same time, but the committee will choose to award one of them depending on the applicant's financial situation.

Applicants’ copy of latest examination result
Remarks: All photocopied documents must be certified by state councilors/ principals, doctors, or council members, or directly submitted to the office of the council for verification by the staff of the secretariat.
Applicable subjects
The Chinese language class of the Chinese department, education department or humanities and social science department of domestic and foreign colleges and universities and teacher training colleges
Research courses in Chinese, education or humanities and social sciences at domestic and foreign colleges and universities (master's and doctoral programs)
Procedure for Application
Applicants should fill in the application form issued by the Association and send it to the Association before the application deadline.
Scholarships
There is no limit to the number of rewards, and the amount is determined by the Scholarship Committee, but the total amount awarded each year shall not exceed RM 20,000.
The number of student loans is up to 10 per year, the loan amount for college students is up to RM 5,000 per year, and the loan amount for undergraduates and graduate students is up to RM 8,000 per year.
The Committee grants study loans to applicants who have completed their courses. (subject to the number of years stipulated by the department)
